Sonntag &

roughly translated

This young man from Cologne is partially responsible for today's meal - salmon covered with some herbs - chives, dill and parsley, baked in butter. Thanks for the suggestion Nic. In addition there was cauliflower and rice. Oh, in the tureen is also salmon, served with a dill cream sauce. It is now obvious first of Advent; I am still a bit behind with our decorations. For today there is only this Moravian Star and my wish the readers of this humble place had a pleasant day.

Thanks for the good wishes. Those sound like good ways to have salmon. I usually just steam it and have rice and peas with it. (Salmon and peas are a traditional meal for the Fourth of July — maybe peas were the only vegetable that was available that early in the summer around here.)
